XXIII Trophy Peñon Ifach in Calpe (Alicante)

The XXIII Trophy Peñon Ifach will be held in the waters of Alicante and Formentera, between days 1 and 4 June, 2011, inclusive, organized by the Real Club Nautico Calpe and the Real Spanish Sailing Federation, in collaboration with the Federation of Community Sailing Valenciana.

The race, organized by the Real Club Nautico Calpe, opens Thursday June 2 with the output from Calpe to set sail to the island of Formentera. After a rest day on the island and dinner and awards ceremony of the first test, performed on Saturday 4 June, the second race of the regatta in Formentera leaving and arriving at the port of Calpe.

The R.C.N Calpe has closed the registration period confirming the registration of a total of 72 boats. The XXIII Trofeo Ifach displace more than 500 people, including sailors and passengers. A year enjoy the magnificent island of Formentera which hosts the most attractive regattas of the Mediterranean.
